How do we do it?

Letra Corpórea's mission is to satisfy the needs of our customers. Experience tells us that nowadays short lead times are just as important as the price of the work.

One of our main assets is that we do not rely on third parties for any of our work processes, from cutting all raw materials, welding, painting to various lighting installations.

Water cutting

In order to offer the best results to our customers, we have a water jet cutting system, a very advanced mechanical process, by means of which we have a unique cutting capacity in a multitude of materials and thicknesses, with great precision and without altering the properties of the material as it is a cold cut, therefore obtaining an impeccable cut finish.

This system allows us to cut all kinds of materials such as any metal, ceramic, natural stone, glass, among others. The water jet cutting area is 3,000 x 2,000 mm.

Milling

Cutting with a milling machine is currently one of the most advanced cutting processes for laminated products thanks to the innumerable advantages it provides. It offers great versatility, without losing precision, which allows the most complicated designs to be created.

We currently have three milling machines with a cutting surface of 3,000 mm x 1,500 mm - 3,000 mm x 2,000 mm and 3,600 mm x 2,000 mm.

Laser cutting

With our laser cutting system we cut any type of plastic material, achieving a completely polished finish on Plexiglass pieces.

The working area is 1,600 mm x 1,000 mm.

Porexpan cutting

Our hot wire cutting system allows us to achieve different cutting shapes in expanded polystyrene (EPS), extruded polystyrene (XPS), foam, Porex or Porexpan. Its digitally controlled cuts ensures the highest precision in cutting and finishing of letters and graphics in almost any size.

We work with high density Porexpan sheets, and we have a cutting surface of 4,000 x 1,500 x 1,400 mm.

Bending machines

The automatic bending systems rapidly obtain the thickness of the letters to perfection, we have several bending machines and thanks to our large format channel, unique in Europe, we can produce models up to 600mm of thickness.

Laser welding

Modern welding systems without corrosive materials. Ideal for stainless steel and any type of finish.

Wire welding

This process is carried out with wire welding machines, both for aluminium and iron. With this type of welding, the working times in this section are optimised to the maximum.

Paint booth

We work with two-component polyurethane paint processes. While satin finishes are in satin are the most popular, gloss or matt lacquers are also possible. Our range of colours is very extensive, Ral, Pantone, NCS colours, or we formulate colours provided by our customers to match decals from any manufacturer.

When applying this top quality paintwork, we have two large booths / curing ovens, so that the lacquer finish is perfect.

Signage and laminating

In our signage section, we carry out printing, cutting and lamination services of vinyls and high quality materials for signage, display graphics, communication, 3D letters, trays, banners, illuminated boxes...

Installations and finishes

This department fits the necessary elements for all types of lettering, lighting, Plexiglass, installation systems as well as the installation of the lettering on structures, trays, etc.

Quality control

This is a Vital Department, where all processes of the production chain are checked. From cutting raw material, welding, painting and installations...

Packaging

After receiving the approval in quality control, all work is carefully packed and labelled for shipment and delivery to the destination in the shortest possible time.
